After years of faffing about with different crafts I have come to the conclusion that I should probably stick with drawing.
Faber Castell Polychromos  pencils Caran D'Ache Luminance pencils
Various papers, depending on the type of look I want but my favourite is Canson Mi-Teintes.
Still learning with these. Not like 'normal' colouring pencils and when used properly, and with the right paper, I'm sure they could be absolutely amazing.
Examples below use different pencils on various papers, photos could be better - I took these on my phone!
I wonder if Karl Lagerfeld's new KarlBox would have any effect on my drawing, £2500 is a lot of money but I must admit it looks beautiful.

Faber Castell Polychromos on Mi-Tientes paper

This was done with a mix of Faber Castell and Caran D'Ache and although the paper was supposed to be for coloured pencils its blending qualities were limited.

Never did get the hang of watercolours, or any painting but my daughter really has, and has her own style.. here are a couple of examples of her work - she does take commissions :-)
